PRO~PT is privileged to share the latest news and updates with our Subscribers. We recognize the importance of the privacy of personal data in our digital age. Our marketing team respects Subscribers’ right to personal data privacy and has upheld the highest data privacy standards since the inception of our organization.

PRO~PT’s marketing team gathers, tracks, and stores Subscribers’ personal data in an effort to identify trends in the likeability and interaction with our content, in order to create and deliver more relevant content in the future. When our marketing team produces internal reports on newsletter performance, personal data, as defined above, is removed. For example, reports include data such as the number of new Subscribers, the percent of Subscribers who opened the sent Newsletter, and the number of Subscribers who clicked on a button or link within the Newsletter.

Who collects your data?
PRO~PT [and any additional verified third parties] collect your personal data for purposes set forth below.

What personal data is being collected, how we collect it, and why?
PRO~PT collects your name and email address directly from you when you sign up for our Newsletter. When you interact with the Newsletter, we automatically collect certain information about your device, location, and interaction with any content provided to you through the Services. We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information, and your IP address in order to better understand you as a Subscriber. This personal data assists us in creating and delivering more relevant content.
We collect information from your device and applications you use to view emails, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, device attributes (for example: hardware model, operating system, web browser version, as well as unique device identifiers and characteristics), connection information (for example: name of your mobile operator or Internet Service Provider, browser type, language and time zone, and mobile phone number), and device locations (for example: IP addresses and Wi-Fi information).
Email Newsletters sent by PRO~PT include page tags (also known as web beacons) that allow us to collect information about who opens emails. Additionally, your engagement with any links in emails sent using the Services (for example, when you click a link) is reported to PRO~PT. Our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers, and those log files contain data about the nature of each access, including originating IP addresses. We collect usage data about each interaction with our Services, which may include the dates and times you access the Services, page views, which activities and features are used, crash logs, storage configuration settings, and technical data relating to the device(s) you are using to access and use the Services and the performance of the Services in doing so.
We collect this data in order to continuously improve the Newsletter and enhance your experience.
Do we share your data?
We do not share your personal data with any unapproved third party, nor do will ever sell your data. Prior to any of your personal data being shared, you would have to expressly consent.
